I filter a lot of email and regularly setup new filters for those that are not caught (e.g. new email addresses).

I don't, as I forget to look at those files. I need to see everything as it comes in and make a decision as to trashing, filing, saving.

Good morning Captain Wayne. Hopefully everything that is supposed to go into spam does so.

Captain Wayne - Rowlett Real Estate School - Yes I filter email automatically using Gmail as a centralized point of capturing emails from five different accounts and filtering them. Some go to email file folders for managing and some are automatically deleted. I started this three years ago and it has work fine. Gmail also has a very effective spam filter too.

Captain Wayne - Rowlett Real Estate School I use a program that filters out spam at the ISP before it comes down to my computer.
