I have used dotloop rather extensively. I was with Keller Williams before and they use that as a part of their E-edge system. I have a basic level subscription that I have maintained since leaving only because there are a couple of offices in my area that are using it. Its a lot easier for me to use their system than it is to get them to understand transaction desk (which is what my association prefers).
Dotloop has already been a competitor for DocuSign, so the Zillow purchase in my opinion is rather moot. Zillow has also acquired Market Leader, through Trulia. That in a nutshell is almost the entire back end of the system Keller Williams uses.
So that leaves only one question. Since Zillow is clearly moving in the direction of being a broker, how long before Keller Williams sells out and lets Zillow acquire them as well?

Our office, Keller Williams has been using DotLoop for a few years now. It's similar to docusign, but it incorporates all users that can view documents simulateously, make changes, initial, sign. The documents are then saved to the cloud and can be readily seen by the administrator of the office without having to download & upload.

Dotloop is free to members of the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS and the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS as a member benefit. It is a great productivity tool. Much better than docusign.

I have never heard of it. No, I am not a subscriber.
They do provide back up, mobile etc. For business I doubt a broker can afford the fee they charge.....

Good Tuesday morning Sam. I have seen.Luke show up in several real estate listings in this area. It seems to be another way to relieve real estate agents from their money.

Good morning Sam. It is just a matter of time that I will look at dotloop, currently not using it, but have read a few good things.

I don't use DotLoop. The pricing seems extremely high for e-signatures.

yes, i know what it is, I have used it, but currently not using it. I found an esignature program that my clients like much better and I store on an external hard drive and use dropbox
