Captain Wayne - Rowlett Real Estate School This is a good reminder and I have. It seems I am too wrapped up behind the computer or telephone. Not to mention when I do something, I pay no attention to it, since it does not register as a significant 'Badge' for me to remember.

I look for opportunities daily and feel it more important to keep private with the person who has helped me by allowing me to help them. Paying it forward and allowing people to know they are important to someone is how I live my life.

What a great question, Captain Wayne. I loved waking up to this question. Perhaps every morning we should ask: "What can I do for someone less fortunate today"... and then each evening "What have I done for someone less fortunate today".
To answer your question: I jumped on a plane and flew to Phoenix late last month to help my sis-in-law after her husband fell off a ladder. I visit a sick friend daily. I always try to stay alert for opportunities for random acts of kindness.
Thanks for asking, Captain Wayne!

Yes I bought extra school suppies for kids heading back to school that have none. They will be distributed through a local dental clinic for the economically challenged people.

No. I have sufficient problems of my own.
Well, there was the lady who needed the palm branches cut from the tree to keep it from destroying her roof.
Then there was the family suffering unemployment who needed immediate work to earn money for a pressing need.
Hmm, those folks on Friday to whom I offer a warm meal.
The grocery bill I paid at Walmart Neighborhood Store for the mother whose debit card was rejected.
The hand I held. The very marrow in her bones quivered in fear of what the future held. I spent only time, but too often it is the only currency available.
Other than those few things, I've got my own problems to deal with.

Just signed up to do a Walk for Wally (my uncle) in support of finding a cure for Alzheimer's. I also raise money for a local pregnancy resource center, and books for kids in need.

My family and I volunteer for a not for profit charity called http://www.yeswecare.net
My son and I went to provide an envelope that had money in it to someone who appeared to be in need, the man thanked us, but refused taking the envelope. He stated he had his own money.
Being the Vincentian President for our conference chapter of St. Vincent De Paul, I strive to bring awareness to those in need.

We delivered new blankets to the homeless, but that was back in December. Thanks for the reminder perhaps this weekend we will distribute sandwiches and bottled water.

I do things throughout the year to help others. I rarely talk about them.

Yes Captain Wayne - Rowlett Real Estate School - I always have done it and am helping someone right now, too.
