The ones stocked with flyers are somewhat things of the past. That really depends on the sellers wish.

Good morning William. On the home that we flip, I field all the calls.

I used to, but they do take a lot of maintenance, and the info can easily be posted on the net these days so they are not that necessary anymore.

I will take the calls. I would rather have a chance to talk with a perspective buyer then have a flyer end up in the trash.

I don't Sign riders where they can text for info works better. I find filers disappear with neighbors or kids.

We do a lot of condo listings down here and we can't put up signs, info boxes, or have an open house. But on the houses we get, I do put up the info boxes to help weed out the lookers.

We put up info boxes, but may discontinue them. Buyers are getting their info on the internet.

William - I have put info boxes up in the past, but have considered not doing them in the future.

I use electronic sign riders. I don't want calls on $300,000 houses when the caller say they were hoping it was $90,000.

I used to until I really got into using Realbird. Now I have text to riders for people to get more information at their leisure. I found them to be difficult and cumbersome.

Less is more and want a call from interested buyer on my listings.

I want the calls. There may be aspects to the listing that can't be explained on the flyer. And I certainly want to get the chance to show the property.

I have not put up a flyer box in 10 years. With the technology available for anyone driving by there is no reason to kill trees or to see the streets littered with paper.

No, those never end up in someones hand that is actually interested in the house.

Not anymore. Even when I did, I wouldn't have the price on the sheets as I would prefer to talk to the potential customers.

Never...the first batch goes to the neighbors and then the rest to people who are not buyers. The few buyers seldom call from the buyers box. I want that call!

I like to get the calls. The info boxes need restocking, get humid, etc. I don't think it's a terrible thing, I just don't do it.

I prefer to field the calls. Otherwise all I know is someone picked up a piece of paper and I have no chance to "sell" them if they don't call. If I have a client who insists on an info box--I give it to them with 100 flyers and say if after weeks they are all still there, I'm pulling the box. If after 2 weeks they are all gone and no one has called me, I'm pulling the box. Besides, I have an 800 number people can call and I can call capture. Why keep killing trees?

I am an info sheet girl and will be glad to field questions when they call too. My sellers seem to like seeing the sheets fly out of the boxes.

William, for my Traditional Listings it is a good idea. But myself and my Agents are open to calls and showings at all times.

I always use info boxes.
The response rate have been EXCEPTIONAL!
Of course the purpose of my info box may be different than what an agent would think obvious.
What is so cool about my sheets is as other agents have observed their buyer as they pulled them from the box is hearing the agent say say, "I can't do that."
