I wrote an offer today on a bank owned house. The buyer is from out of this area. I know this buyer from past experience. She contacts me and we've talked about this home over the weekend. I've previewed it for her. We are writing an offer. It's a good day, because I'm writing an offer. It's a better day because my buyer realizes what I'm actually doing for her. 

After taking up my time this weekend, I actually have a buyer that has told me how much she appreciates me and my expertise, and the fact that I would bend over backwards to make this deal happen for her. I like it when a buyer sees that. 

I am celebrating life. I'm celebrating my good health. I am celebrating my happiness. I am celebrating the fact that I have an amazing son who I am very proud of. I am celebrating all of my clients, past present and future who I am so blessed to know and have served. I am celebrating my friends who love and support me and who allow me the honor of being there for them, loving and supporting them in good times and bad .... I feel a post evolving ... enough for now ... enough for today.

well, this won't be a beach day...it's raining and there's thunder and lightning.... I made it to the gym at 5:15 am on the dot....that may be my highlight for the day!!!

Well, now that you are making me think about it...maybe I will celebrate the 4th of August by being grateful for how Beautiful the weather has been and how lucky I am to be able to enjoy it!

What are we celebrating? For me half a day of getting ready for Wednesdays closings and a half day beach day. 

It's time to celebrate the end of our long weekend.  Many people are gearing up and getting excited about the Parapan Am Games which run from August 7, 2015 to August 15, 2015 here in beautiful Toronto.
