Realtors will affected and impacted most by the horrific change.  Lenders deal with this type of situation daily and to them it will just be another obstacle.  We, as Realtors, will feel the impact of the notice to perform and calls from agents, buyers and sellers.  We need to dot our I's and cross our T's from day one of the transaction.

I would say that borrowers will the most affected.  My loan officers have be getting prepared for months and I think they are ready and have done a great job.

Our LO's are excited about the change, we see it as a major comparative advantage since we are prepared. We also have been holding regular courses for Agents to attend. We see it as an opportunity to increase the communication between all parties to ensure the consumer has a smooth transaction. 

To answer the question - I think the impact will be affect both equally.

I think both equally, with the exception of listing agents accepting cash offers.
