Joe Petrowsky No, I think every other church member in the congregation has a real estate license. Can't tell you how many calls I've gotten from church members who are licensed. In my experience churches are very difficult to get funded.

Deep in the archives you may find a blog regarding the 'CHURCH LADY' and how this niche is interesting and easy if one simply pays attention to what everyone is saying in very public places.
However, when a referral comes from those in a perceived position of authority, it must be understood your action is a reflection of the referee. This is all about tending the flock and must be handled with extreme care and never, ever, ever, fall into the clergy trap of engaging in gossip and revealing things shared by client. Success in this regard will frustrate the 'collars' but on the other side your integrity will never be challenged.

no - the closest I have gotten is a referral from my broker whose minister's wife was divorcing the minister and she needed to buy a house.
