I was 31, single and bought a three bedroom house.  I wasn't a realtor back then.  

Weirdly, I'm currently in a transaction with the realtor who sold the house to me.  He's representing the buyers who are purchasing one of my listings.

Bob Crane I was 22 when we purchased our first home. Six months later I had a job transfer.

Nineteen

I was 26, when I married my first husband. It was a ramshackle fixer upper that needed way more work, and I "won" it in the divorce.

Wayne was 38, when we got married. It's a beautiful split level that needed no work at all.

Our daughter was 21, when she got tired of the commute to NYC from our house. She's got a one bedroom condo.
