Richie - As part of my business model, no. Sometimes as a friend, yes, but that has not always worked out well for me. Over time I have learned that most people's word these days does not stand for much. People will say whatever they can to get you to do something, and then just renege on it because they got what they wanted. What is really frustrating about it all is those people don't even care about what they did.
