The largest referral fee that I have paid is 25%.

I have received a 1/3 fee on hundreds of transactions I have referred to associates.

My ex team lead wants 50% on a sell I made 2 weeks ago on one of his leads.   They came to me after he and his minions did not follow up with the lead. He is a jerk and I am done after this home closes

there should never be a referral fee greater than 25% for a buyer referral...I can understand a listing referral being greater, but not a buyer....
