Usually not. The people feel uncomfortable with them home but the Agent should be there and able to answer any questions.

I virtually never have open houses, but if/when I do the answer is no. I tell my homeowners to get out and stay out until we are done.

Now, I do invite the homeowner to have the buyer experience and be a buyer to expereince the dog and pony show to assure them 'no one can do it better' then send them on their way to see a matinee.
