Two months and I was sweating bullets!

I believe around 4-6 weeks. I was working with a relocating company and had invested weeks of work. I had two of the employees in town ready to write and the company canceled the move to our town. It was awful and took a couple of weeks to adjust.
It took me just around 6 months to get my first sale. That was forever.
1 month and it was the at Christmas through January. It was very cold and snow was on the ground.
Captain Wayne - Rowlett Real Estate School - when I started in real estate career, after my first immediate sale, I was just learning practical side of the real estate and attending all kinds of trainings. That was the time it took 6 months for next transaction. Since then, I do miss a month or two in-between and that's the extent of it.
3 months back in 2008, that was such a tough year, glad that is over!
Between sale or contracts? I have gone several months before I had a sale.
