The most important thing is to write for readers, not google. If it doesn't read well, it won't rank well and/or people won't read it.
I would never write all of those together. Ever.
What ever you key words are, use them in title, first line, last line, in at least 1 alt tag and at least one other place in the text. One of the keys is NOT repeating them, but mixing them up and using synonyms. Make the language natural.

I would do none of those as keywords. The informed and educated buyer will select the community(s) first. You will find less keyword competition for communities (lower cost also) and you will attract the more serious buyer.
If you do want to use Seattle as a keyword, execute a search and see what shows up in the first two pages. That should reveal the individual house or condo is unlike to fair well. For traffic you will see that 'news' and 'events' are the best generic traffic draws.
An example of a title.subject line I would use is, Highland Woods, Dunedin FL house for sale.
First blog line would read: Rare pool home in Highland Woods in Dunedin Florida is now for sale. You can see house for sale and market trends for Highalnd Woods in Dunedin Florida at www.highlandwoods.hello
But you can not stop there. To the right of the first paragraph on line two you want to include a YOUTUBE hosted house video, embedded.
Finally, you need to include a link to an authority site (MLS, AR, franchise, Wikipedia, edu, gov) to more effective. Example: This house can be pruchased through FHA financing. For more about FHA mortgages to to FHA.gov
Then publish the link to this blog EVERYWHERE including in your direct mail to that community.
Now, here is the catch. If the community has 250 homes and your direct mail gets 50 responses, this is a huge success. Have a follow up plan to leverge the sharing economy so these 50 will recruit their neighbors for you.
NOW YOU HAVE A REAL MARKETING PLAN.

Good morning. It has been preached forever about key words, but have never focused on doing any of my blogs for that purpose.

Good Tuesday morning. I'm sure the keywords can be inserted in a blog post. Like Joe, I've never focused on doing that in a blog.

you should make your own system for tags. Mine is "listings" "buyers" "sellers" "holiday events" ... things like that that make it easier for me to find things later. But there is no wrong way. tags are for your use and have nothing to do with SEO
