I would say to study and take as many practice tests as you can. Additionally, don't tell your friends/associates when you are taking the test as it adds to extra pressure by people wishing you well, etc...

Study all the quizzes in book and know the answers well.  There are also study guide books, if needed, on top of that.  Study the exams.  Highlight the correct answers and read them as facts, until you know them.  Then, take the final chapter exams to see if you know the quizzes.  Do not take actual R.E. exam until you are at least achieve 90% on these chapter exams.

Study.  Get a tutor if you must.  Take the course again from someone else. Study.  No cake walk.  I passed the first time because I locked myself in the bedroom and studied.

That RE exam is the easiest step on the way of becoming a realtor, that they will probably do not find practical implementation of anything they learned for test.

I would advise, "Take as many practice tests as possible. When you've aced them all, you are ready for the real thing."

Then, out of a real feeling of obligation I would be compelled to ask, "What is your plan?"  Typically followed by, "We need to talk."

I probably overstudied for it, but I blew through it and in fact, the proctor thought I was sick, I finished so quickly.  No tricks, no advice, just STUDY and know the material backward and forward.  I did the class online, took every quiz and every test over and over until I scored 100% on each of them every time.  There is no secret formula, just know the material and it's a breeze.

I really don't "study for an exam"; rather, I study to UNDERSTAND the material.  What good is a canned course, if it does not equip one for a career.  I would read a paragraph or section, and question "why is this important?"

There are lists and details that require rote memorization, but "WHY is the information RELEVANT?"

After learning the material, I would take practice tests, primarily to see if I understood.  I spent time reading definitions, and reviewing math formulas.  I found the flash cards helpful, as well.

I have no tips and tricks to share to this question. It's really a matter of attending classes, learning the material, and taking the test. Take a few practice tests that are often available in textbooks. There's no magic bullet to passing a test.

I think people who are eager to learn can be much more successful. I've heard that people who have a mentor or someone to work under before they start their business are seven times more likely to succeed than those who don't.
