Depends on if it is my listing or not :)
If it is not my error I repeat my same answer for so many of these questions:
Keep my head down, eyes on my own paper!

I believe it is good to help a fellow agent. I called a listing agent just last week from another company after showing her listing and asked where the 4th bedroom was I couldn't find it. (Mistake!)
She sent me a starbucks card to thank me. The house had been shown over 30 times and no one had called.
I liked Susan Emo dry wit but...

I will take a moment to email the listing agent, mention the error. If they do not correct it after a couple of days, I send it in to MLS for correct. The data needs to be as up to date and accurate as possible.

we have experienced seeing that type of error in the past and we email the listing agent...especially if it's a home that we have had listed in the past....

In our local MLS we have a screen to enter errors such as wrong subdivision, incurrate area, legal description etc....

Nothing. It's a mistake, mistakes happen. I'm sure there is a disclaimer somewhere on the form that states things are deemed accurate but not guaranteed.

Virtual Realty Consultants I think it is a good idea to bring it to the agent's attention.

I see them all of the time, especially on vacant land, most agents just dont understand how to write a legal description.
Unfortunately, when I send them a note, they just ignore the note without sending any clarifying description. Almost like they dont really care if it sells.

If I know the agent -- I may contact them and alert them.
Most times, I simply don't have time.
