It depends. I might go with new agent. A lot could depend on feelings and attitudes.

Gary Mellott In this situation the rookie. However, doing this kind of business, I really wouldn't consider this agent a rookie.

You know the rookie will give you more attention than the pro . And if you select the pro you are more likely going to get a rookie assigned to you because the pro has no time .

Gary - It's almost like comparing apples to oranges. Do you want to work with a team or an individual. How much attention will you get from the new agent vs. the one with more experience. Which one do you trust is telling you the truth, and which one do you think will do more to get your home sold.

I don't really think it would matter to me the experience, but who would I be more comfortable working with.

It sounds like one is a single agent and the other is working with a team, interview them both and see which one is likely to sell it quicker and for a higher return.

It depends on the individual and how they treat their business. The Rookie might give you better customer service because he/she might have more time than the seasoned professional.

Depends on the relationship I've got with the rookie. Generally I'd go for the pro.
