A very small percentage of real estate agents get involved in 1031 exchanges.
We were educated on them but have never had an opportunity to work on one.
I have been trained and know how to do them and have done them. Numero uno, have a good escrow agent that knows their stuff. They can make or break the deal.
I've closed several of them in the past....
