It had to be the last time I saw him as I shipped out for my new assignment to Guam in 1975. Today is not only Father's Day; it was my dad's birthday Roy Kelley .

Playing hockey on the floor (on all 4s) with my siblings (4 others at the time), with a ball of tin foil in the kitchen and hallway. We were all under the age of 7 (biggest gap being 15 mos between me and next sister up)! We would be tripping and climbing all over to try to swat the "puck" to our goalie (dad). Perfect way to exhaust the children prior to bedtime!

I think a vacation in 2012 in Austria. It was my girlfriend and I plus my parents doing hiking, local trips etc. if was awesome. Part of my goal in really working harder then anyone in business is so my dad can retire and do whatever he wishes in life.

I just had a cast taken off my leg and the doctor wanted me to bend my knee. Not going to happen. My Dad said if I would bend it he would buy all five of us kids ice cream for dinner. I did and so did he. We all remember the night we got to eat ice cream for dinner. None of us could finish it either.

Dad would come home from work and bring us kids a surprise like a Goo-Goo candy bar or a dime. We would sit around and eat the candy and promise it wouldn't spoil our dinner. The dime made us feel special.

Camping in the north woods of Maine. Just him and me, left the rest of the family home. It was just great to go fishing and sit around the campfire; listen to the loons on the lake and hear the crackling wood in the fire. Very peaceful!
