Nancy, there is usually a referral fee associated with a referral no matter where it comes from. Over the 8 years I have been blogging, have received MANY referrals from the AR network, and gladly paid them all.

If you are receiving a referral from another agent here on AR, I would assume that you would have negotiated that up front, and that it was approved by both brokers. There is a form you should use to get signatures and make sure everyone is in agreement.
