I step away from the desk, grab something cold to drink, check out the backyard then head back in to work.

Good morning Debbie. Then it is time for a cup of tea and for whatever reason, I get right back on the "Right Trac".

In my little household it depends whom you ask. The dog: take me for a walk. The cat: feed me. Me? Go jump in the pool or the ocean.

Debbie - I am not sure what the lullies are, but I am assuming it means getting tired. I usually need to get up and go do some yard work or something for a few minutes.

Lullies -- now that's a new word for me.
Changing my environment can work wonders.

I am lucky to live near a designated natural area and take a brisk walk through the flora and fauna for a quick pick me up. If weather is bad I find that tea time can redirect the focus.

I stay focused at the task at hand. Once I've completed all the tasks I leave and go home.

I think the sugar fix and coffee is what I need - I can feel myself getting the wobblies some times when my blood sugar is low - makes it hard to be upbeat showing houses- I know I need a sugar fix then and a little break.
When I am home - I like the yard work option too.

A twenty minute nap can work wonders. Like Troy Erickson, yard work is a nice diversion. I also like to play with the dogs.

I need something with sugar or caffeine Debbie. At our age the blood sugar is an issue. If you have the time a really good fresh juice helps.
Can I call you up for the June Cloudburst and talk about this?
