l like the variety and change...but don't like the ups and downs of my income.

I like helping folks.  I hate dishonesty and game playing.

I like the opportunity to meet and help so many people with their real estate needs. What I do not like: Realtors work for free till closing ( if ever). The buyers agents are not protected at all. I like European way: they charge a fee upfront. In that case, clients are loyal.

I like the fact that you can have your own business with little start up capital.  And the fact you control your income potential.

I love representing buyers because it is satisfying to know that  I make a difference.

I hate dumb agents and that is the majority of them.  There is no excuse to not know your state laws, understand agency or how to read a contract.

I love the flexible schedule of real estate. It's the flexible income that I'm not really crazy about!

I love the flexibility in time and control of work real estate gives us but have to agree with Roy Kelley, dealing with unprofessional, arrogant and often one sided realtors is REALLY tiresome.  We really need to make it tougher to get and keep a real estate license...

Love the flexibility of the schedule and interaction with people.  Don't appreciate the hours driving, erractic schedule (when going under contract, etc.) that affects my personal schedule, the emotional drama some buyers and sellers like to display. 

i love that i get to help clients get the home of their dreams and i get to see homes to get ideas ; i don't like the driving and i do a lot of it metro phoenix is just big and spend a lot of time driving ; great question Jack have a great day
