I saw an agent once tailor a marketing plan toward FSBOs.....but she didn't know what a FSBO was....she was marketing everything as "First Sale By Owner" and not "FOR Sale By Owner".....it was actually pretty funny because this was after she spent a ton of time telling me about how good she was.

I was representing the bank as a seller with a foreclosed property. I'm at the closing table with the buyers and their agent. Everything was going well until the buyers heard there was an HOA for the property. They look at me like it's my fault no one told them. I told them the information was clearly there in the MLS. Then they look at their agent. He says...oh don't worry about that HOA, it's really no big deal and they don't do much.
