There is also "matures" (before Boomer) and before that The Great Generation. On the other end, there is Gen Z (I believe they are 15 and less...so not really buying houses yet LOL. Millenials span a much wider ranger (generally 20 yrs), followed by boomers (15 yrs). Gen X is more "compact" generally spanning 10 yrs.

That being said, "targeting by generation" is not that helpful. Targeting by needs, behavior, attitudes, etc is much more useful for marketers.
