With the new coming soon option on MRIS, has anyone used it and what were your thoughts? How did you market it? Do you think it brought in any interest? Advice? (ok, so more like 4 questions) TY :O)

I have one on the market right now and I am going to make up fliers and walk the neighboorhood door to door and say something like, "Statistics show that most people know a friend or family member that are looking to move and they would want to live around them. I just wanted to let you know that a home is going on the market next week in your neighborhood and we are also going to have a VIP open house for residents an hour prior to the public open house to give first preview.". I'll let you all know how it goes and hopefully give hints on what to do and what not to do. :O)
