Several questions came up when I was comparing brokers to transfer to because my broker was downsizing and merging offices, and our office was closing. Here are some of the considerations- Broker, reputation, other agents already working there, manager, fees and spilts, location and size of office, what States is broker licenced in, does broker participate in listing syndication. I don't expect broker to provide marketing or photography services.
