Sounds off the mark to me.  I'd probably email back asking them direct questions and ask for a phone number so we could talk.  Hopefully, they can speak more clearly than they can write.

First, I'd do an online search of their name and see what I can find.  Of course, the writer may have provided a fake name.

The "but not too easily accesable if you understand me" part sounds like he or she has plans to run some kind of covert operation.  

I don't like it.  I'd be inclined to respond that your brokerage doesn't have properties that meet the criteria and wish them luck.

Of course, I'd point out the correct way to spell "accessible" in that email.

I think this email gives you the opportunity to ask more questions.

 If you get them to respond then continue to ask more. Remember this rule " you only want to work with someone who talks to you" as that mean they are commited to the process of buying.

I would be cautious and answer the e-mail after doing a search but I wouldn't spend alot of time on it.  Just doesn't sound right to me.  You could ask price point, time frame, financed or cash etc.

I, personally, like Kevin May's answer.  This has scam written all over it.  Even if it's not, a vague email that does not give a price point and that makes that creepy "not too easily accessible if you understand me" comment is an email from someone I don't want to work with.

I would ask them to contact you to discuss their search in more detail.  I don't see a price point, if they are pre-approved, etc., so could be a waste of time.  If they don't call or meet, don't set them up on search.

I would email back that no I didn't understand what they mean about not to easily accessible, but that perhaps they could come to my office and we could look over the list of available homes and they could decide what they want to see in a range they are qualified to purchase.

I would tell them that three bedroom homes are available in a wide price range and  ask what exactly they mean by "reasonably priced" so I can narrow the search. I'm not sure I would expect to hear from them again.

This sounds fishy to me. The fact that the word 'toilet' is used sends up a red flag with me. I think most people would use the word 'bathroom' and even then most buyers assume a bathroom is included. This message doesn't mention the number of bathrooms. Just 'toilet'.

Thsi is what I would say: Thanks for contacting me. Before I can search for homes for you I must send you our company Conusmer Guide for your review and signature. Then please forward me a pre approval from your lender for my files. I bet those two things will cause them to not contact you again.
