My response would be 178 homes meet your criteria in Barnaby County.

Four others exist in the invisible inventory that can be owner financed.

If they don't contact you after receiving that note, they are not serious or unable to buy NOW.

Sounds off the mark to me.  I'd probably email back asking them direct questions and ask for a phone number so we could talk.  Hopefully, they can speak more clearly than they can write. 

First, I'd do an online search of their name and see what I can find.  Of course, the writer may have provided a fake name.

The "but not too easily accesable if you understand me" part sounds like he or she has plans to run some kind of covert operation.  

I don't like it.  I'd be inclined to respond that your brokerage doesn't have properties that meet the criteria and wish them luck.

Of course, I'd point out the correct way to spell "accessible" in that email.

I think this email gives you the opportunity to ask more questions.

 If you get them to respond then continue to ask more. Remember this rule " you only want to work with someone who talks to you" as that mean they are commited to the process of buying.

I would think they are not real buyers and not waste time on them. 

I would be cautious and answer the e-mail after doing a search but I wouldn't spend alot of time on it.  Just doesn't sound right to me.  You could ask price point, time frame, financed or cash etc.

I would ask for their price range and their status with pre-approval if they plan to use mortgage financing.

I, personally, like Kevin May's answer.  This has scam written all over it.  Even if it's not, a vague email that does not give a price point and that makes that creepy "not too easily accessible if you understand me" comment is an email from someone I don't want to work with.

My first thought is that I just wasted 10 seconds reading this. My second thought is you have way too much time invested in it already, move on!

I really like Annette Lawrence 's response. It would little work on your end. Provide them an approximate number and then get them on the phone.

Sounds like another spam one to me.  If I did respond I would ask for a phone number if I didn't get one I would let it go.

I would ask them to contact you to discuss their search in more detail.  I don't see a price point, if they are pre-approved, etc., so could be a waste of time.  If they don't call or meet, don't set them up on search.

I would email back that no I didn't understand what they mean about not to easily accessible, but that perhaps they could come to my office and we could look over the list of available homes and they could decide what they want to see in a range they are qualified to purchase.

I would tell them that three bedroom homes are available in a wide price range and  ask what exactly they mean by "reasonably priced" so I can narrow the search. I'm not sure I would expect to hear from them again.

I always am cautious when receiving these emails, as most often they are bogus.

It sounds like maybe there might be some illegal activity going on "if you understand me". I would ask questions first before I spent time seaching for them.

This sounds fishy to me. The fact that the word 'toilet' is used sends up a red flag with me. I think most people would use the word 'bathroom' and even then most buyers assume a bathroom is included. This message doesn't mention the number of bathrooms. Just 'toilet'. 

Personally, I would trash it unless there is a working phone number attached. With no specifics and no direct access, chasing this down is not likely to be worth mt time.

i would send them a list of homes that meet their specifications but i would not meet them with out getting them in the main office and getting their ids and other people seing them . just my thoughts; have a great day and be safe

Yes, I agree it sounds fishy. I would ask them if they would like to meet for a consultation.

Thsi is what I would say: Thanks for contacting me. Before I can search for homes for you I must send you our company Conusmer Guide for your review and signature. Then please forward me a pre approval from your lender for my files. I bet those two things will cause them to not contact you again.

I like Roy Kelley's answer. If they are serious, they should start at the beginning of the process and I'd like to see how serious they are before I would show anything to them.

It doesn't take too long to do a quick search to give them an idea of what is available. If they respond then more info is needed and a face to face in my office.

Get a phone number. Reach out, ask questions, figure out if you can help or not.

I'd send a note introducing myself and asking for more information, especially price point and see how they respond before putting in a lot of time on this.

I do have to agree with Annette. They may be just kicking tires or wanting to waste your time.

I would not respond.  If they won't give me access to them to asks the questions I need to ask I delete it.  They are not a serious buyer.

As is, this is some one trying to sell you something.
