Where do you promote /advertise / market your listings online ? All of us use the mls and it offers syndication to other sites Realtor.com,zillow etc. Do you do anything else online?

I post my listings on realbird. The yearly fee is very inexpensive. This site creates a singleproperty website for each listing. I love it. It also does a nice slideshow of your pictures.
