Yes.  Our state real estate commission required us to remove or make a statement that the property is sold.

You should change it to sold. Sometimes the new buyer may request that you take it off youtube.

I do not take them down, but do post in description that the property was sold.

I haven't had this happen, but here's what I would do. I would do what you suggested secondly. I would keep it up and change the remarks to make it clear the property was sold and that I could do the same for any seller. 

Definately , don't take it down.  It helps to get new leads.

I would change it to sold in the comments section and make sure to put your website link in there to direct them to active listings.

It would be advisable to change it.

I don't change it Debbie.  The link that the video has at the bottom will take the viewer to a page where it will indicate that the property has sold.

I would leave it but make sure that it says it is sold!

I go in and add a large red sold banner on my remarks.
