I've been coached by the Mike Ferry Organization in the past and currently. I pay $1,000 per month because otherwise I will not hold myself accountable to do what I'm supposed to. Also, being around other top agents keeps you from getting too complacent, which is always a challenge.

Yes --- and no. I did coaching for a year with KW, but though I was committed for the annual fee, the coaches were not...I found the change hugely disruptive. Just when I "bought in" I was back to square one.
Was it a waste of money - not at all. It is all about accountability - it is all about returning to the basics. It is all about getting it right with the "man (or in my case - lady) in the mirror".

I was coached by Erica and Bill Nasby who focus on door-knocking, both great, and by Darryl Davis on cold-calling FSBOs and expireds - he is amazing. I am no longer coaching with anyone. The Nasbys I stopped because of expense and Darryl because I switched firms and my new firm frowns on cold-calling.
