You will be surprised how many sellers and buyers like a direct real estate agent. My last listings I was very direct about pricing and having the seller fix problem areas in there home. The seller apperciated I was honest, upfront & told them the truth. The did not receive this from 3 other agents who tried to sell their home.

However, if the intent is to get someone to call you, raise their hand or click the link, you are missing two important ingredients.
'What's in it for them?' I do not see a result, outcome, benefit or solution on your statement.
Preceding your statement with, "Sometimes the grass IS greener on the other side...... move.......and see how the other side lives."
Now, what is the promise to the reader if they act on your CTA?
