Treat it as a business not give you excuse. Motivated agents many can do several deals first year. The following year they make 6 figures in commission. Some quickly make 7 figures in commission after cornering a niche neighborhood.

If you apply 25% of what they teach you you will be amazed what one can accomplish first year. Keep in mind many will not have a sale during 1st year. Drop out rate is high.
