Ifn our market we can tour homes and find ones that are staged well. Often the stager will have cards available on an entry table. If there are no cards, then ask the listing agent who they used.

Ali, we have very limited options in our market as there are just two stagers to choose from and they are most often booked beyond what they can provide.

I think reputation and word of mouth....plus actually seeing the jobs that the stager has done....go online and look at the testimonials....

Ask other agents in your area for stager referral, or post on FaceBook. You should get some responses.

I am a buyers agent, I am in over 400 properties a year. Majority of homes here in Tucson, AZ look better vacant. Buyers can visualize their stuff better, on occasion on higher end listings they look better staged but mostly, buyers seem to like them better vacant.
