Our office does have a profit share program, but the company has to be in profit and the agents have to produce to derive any benefit from it.

Nancy -- there is an incentive program(marketing dollars, I believe) for recruiting agents -- at least there used to be...I don't pay to much attention to it quite frankly.

We have an incentive program for recruiting agents. It is a residual plan that will go on and on as long as the agent works there and so do you.
We get the same split on an in-house sale as out of house. We also get paid 100% of any selling bonus and we cap annually on company dollar contributed and after that we go to 100% commission for the remaining part of the year.
