So far the record is 100 homes by Spirit. That's alot of patience working with one client. The reason I brought this question up is I am working with a buyer who I showed at least 60 homes which is now scheduled to close this Friday. We had offers on homes and had bad inspections where we withdrew offers and other offers where we were out bid but this one has stuck and I look forward to the closing on Friday.
To Chris and Dick I have been selling real estate for over 20 years I am not a newbie.
