I wing it.

At certain times of the month it's always market reports when the final numbers are avaialable to me. The rest of the month, it's whatever catches my attention to "talk" about.

Sometimes it is focusing on a listing or open house if I can't think of something else. I try to break it up with hyperlocal condo complexes or stores/restaurants, and then sometimes it is something that bothers me or I want to verbalize about and explain - 

Usually what inspires me at the moment or perhaps it was something that happened during my day that i write down to write about later,

Good morning Joe. I do it on a whim. No rhyme or reason, if that makes sense.

I let my insane mind ramble. It usually never lets me down and I am able to find the 'keys' to the asylum doors!

I have been writing market reports recently so i do not think about topics. I love the contests because they  gives me topics to write about.

Good morning Joe I try and keep a supply for at least 30 days out.  I'm all over the place and have no real direction, rhyme or reason....

I  blog about many local events.  I also keep a reminder list of possible blog topics.

Often, I will read an article or have an experience in the field that gets me thinkng!

I decide on a topic just by what has happened during the day or week.   

Sometimes I know ahead of time and sometimes it is just what comes up

I use the most convenient of the following two:

1. Discussion on AR, questions on Zulia, FB.

2. Event in my area

In most cases the participants on AR provide all the material a blogger needs.

Randomly.

It is the listing only.

Anytime I'm asked a question - the answer could be a blog post

Joe - Obviously it is not easy for me to decide on the topic for my next blog, and therefore I do not write many. I should probably make a list of things to write about so I could be more consistent.

I'm always inspired by a comment or one of these Q & A 's....

We read a lot of publications, sometimes one of those inspire a post.  Other times it is an example from our lives...it depends. A

I base most of my blog posts on the questions I receive from clients or prospect but I will also blog on ideas on articles that I read.

Hi Joe -- I do a lot of market reports on a monthly/quarterly basis so that takes up a good chunk of topics.   I also keep a list of topics and articles that are in various stages of publication....sometimes it may just be a word or quote.
