You probably can but I think Trulia is more of a destination for the public vs here

I have not used anything from either Zillow or Trulia.

Gita Bantwal if questions are posted to public, it should be similar to Trulia - however, ActiveRain is not Trulia - and it is less likely that general public will visit ActiveRain for Q&A.

Although we can post questions to the public, the only answers I've seen in the last few weeks have been from AR members. This is much more of a 'watercooler' feel, while Trulia had some use for prospecting.

I don't know why you would like AR to be like Trulia.  AR has been a much better platform, although it seems to be going downhill too.

I am not sure what bus Trulia and Zillow are driving -but it sure isn't to benefit us. i answered a question on Trulia once and actually got a very very nice listing from it - I have just about given up on both of them now

I too used to answer questions on Trulia but it has gone down hill. This seems morea aimed at Active Rain users and different. I like out Q&A

Gita, the last time I checked many months ago on Tlia the Q/A section was dominated by someone 90 miles away and they were MidEast political posts!!!

Mee too. I find this q & a is among Realtors so doesn't offer as much contract with consumers.

Trulia q and a was a great asset for agents answering buyers and sellers questions. Then the spam took over and to this day they have let the spam ruin their site. I woudl like to see Active Rain have a seperate q and a for consumers and leave this q and a alone.
