I used to do a lot of other agents' open houses. All materials i used~ had my name.

That would depend on company policy and the agents you are working with. If it were my listing, I would have not problem with you using your signs or handing out your information.

I don't see why you couldn't include your information on the signs but the plain ones would do the job as well.

You can include your info if you want that additional exposure.

Best to check with your broker, most use these to promote their own business.

A company sign with "open house" outside. Inside, hand out your card and, when someone asks, a flyer with your information.

I would put your information on the signs, the purpose of the open house is to draw people in.  What are they going to call you?  Sally? Because her name is on the listing sign?

I would include your information so that you can market yourself. Since you are holding the open house, the listing agent shouldn't mind.

Ralph, I would work with plain signs. You will have ample opportunity to get your name out as people come in to see the house.
