Write compelling content
Use titles to draw readers to click through
Include at least one image
Keep the content "above the fold" whenever possible
Include white space (no wall of words without paragraph breaks)
Make sure the font size is easily legible (not tiny)
Add to the number of people you're following
Comment on other's blog posts and questions
Post mainly Mon.-Fri. & don't post really late night (there seems to be more activity early morning, some mid-day and some at night).

I like to use the specific name of the community I am sharing content on as well as the price range. Next I share that content on my Facebook Business Page and then pay to boost the post to thelocal audience who may be intersted in the home or area.By using the Short URL Code, I can track how many views. But I am interested in clicks and calls. My views are low...around 1600 to 1800 for a good blog but I am super hyper local. So not bad. Clicks typically around 10%. I am share content using share icons above on Google+, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
