I prefer to have clients in my car unless they have children. The ability to have a continuing conversation can save a lot of time.

It's about 50/50 with me. I do like having them in the car with me. It gives us time to talk and I can really get to know them.

I prefer not to drive them around, and most of the times they follow me in their car. But sometimes, it is faster( due terrible parking and traffic conditions) to bring them with me.

I prefer them to meet me at the home. The only time i usually take anyone is if they are relocation and flew here to fond a car or showing over 55 homes

Of course, they ride in my car! Some follow me or meet me depending on the circumstances. But I like having them in my car--gives me a chance to build a relationship and to really "get" what they need and want in a home.

Hi Takia -- it depends.  It certainly can build rapport with buyers on an initial trip to see properties.  In our market, after the first one or two trips out - it may only be one or two houses on the list so it makes more sense to go separately.

NO - My car smells of dogs that I transport for the Rescue Group & of horse blankets. Most of the time I meet clients after the buyer consult at the home.

Not 'first meet' buyers.

After they have been vetted, I prefer they ride with me. A lot of important scheduled and deliberate information can be covered during that windshield time. I find this keeps the buyer on point and the schedule met at every stop.
