As an athlete I like Joe's programs the best when comparing 'real estate agent' programs.

However, the coaching that has made the greatest difference in my life and career had no connection to real estate. That means the misinformation does not get perpetuated and I don't get infected with the same stuff.

My advise to you is don't start listening to that which everyone else is listening. Good business practice and personal commitment are the same for a small business owner, regardless of the discipline in which it is found.

I tend to favor Brian and Tom. 

I prefer Brian Buffini and Tom Ferry!

I like them all , but i find Toms and Mikes ferrys  videos on youtube great
