I've used Top Producer since "forever." I'm used to it, I like it, it's very comprehensive.

I love Market Leader. Coldwell Banker gave it to us and it is fantastic.

Sandy. She never lets me forget anything and the To-DO list keeps growing. For marketing; she has all the answers.

 I do not have a CRM. I'm looking for one.

I don't use one at all.  My Broker does all the marketing for me.

I used Top Producer for a little over 8 years but never used it for all it was capable of doing.  Therefore I just switched over to Buffini and Company for their trial useage.  If I don't use it I will move on.

I have Top Producer and Buffini's ReferralMaker now.

I bought Top Producer 16+ years ago, and could not live without it.   Still do not use it fully, but I use it for what I need.  

I'm with John on Realty Juggler at $99 a year. However, if you are in a large sophisticated system where you are doing more than selling real estate like being a builder and/or a developer I would look at SaleForce.

I just Converted to IxactContact It's Simple and Easy and very complete!

I like Salesforce the best but have used several.

Most effective CRM?

This is completely dependent on what the user needs to accomplish.

Some simply need a digitized roll-a-dex.

Others want very granular database search capability. (gender, interests)

Some need drip campaigns and newsletters.

Others, who are look under the hood into the new economy have need of greater sophistication regarding technology (not the 1980's technology on which most CRM's are based) that integrate with real inbound marketing principles.

Then, even with the greatest of tools and resources, the agent who refuses to understand their local market and adapted their materials accordingly is unlikely to be effective regardless of the CRM for with they pay.

I use WiseAgent and SugarCRM.

I do not use a CRM program.

Ginger Harper I've used ACT! for a long time. Serves my purpose, but it is not developed specifically for real estate. I believe a third party has developed a real estate module.
