I am a full time agent and that is my only job.  There may be some who have other jobs who also work 40 hours in real estate and may coonsider that to be a full time job too.

I'm not sure how you're defining part time.... if the agent has another job, that's a part time agent....if an agent works only in real estate, we have many part time agents!!!  now, how do we either eliminate them or encourage them to work full time???

I generate leads for all the Agents on my team, 24x7x365 - but don't participate in those Real Estate transactions, unless I'm originating the mortgage.  That kinda makes me a full time Agent ... I've got to be a Realtor to generate those leads.
