I have worked as a Realtor for 34 years, and I also worked at a software development company for 8 years. By far what I learned from the experience is that if you have a bad boss at a regular job, you are stuck with that bad boss until you quit, or they fire you. But, as an agent, we only have the bad "boss" or client, as long as the transaction is open!
