ME! you know what's funny, I find that you can bring the wine and cheese or hire a circus clown but most people are not used to walking into an open house and ACTUALLY feeling comfortable with the agent there. I dress to match the clientelle that comes in and I talk like a human ... then we review the house. Might sound too easy ... but I think sometimes we overthink the business.

ME! you know what's funny, I find that you can bring the wine and cheese or hire a circus clown but most people are not used to walking into an open house and ACTUALLY feeling comfortable with the agent there. I dress to match the clientelle that comes in and I talk like a human ... then we review the house. Might sound too easy ... but I think sometimes we overthink the business.
