We boost posts on Facebook as a part of our marketing strategies.  I would suggest googling for hints and tips on effective boosting of posts for real estate if you have not done so.  It can be tremendously effective.  For instance, our last boosted post reached over 3900 people with an engagement of 390. Compared a recent listing post which was not boosted which shows a reach of 483 and engagement of 100.

Happy posting!

If you are going to post your ActiveRain blogs on Facebook, do it on your Facebook pages rather than your personal Facebook timeline.

For a really effective use of Facebook, form a Facebook group for your primary service area.

I have boosted several facebook posts, mostly listings, and gotten very limited response. So far, I don't see any real value coming from it. Now someone else may have more tricks that I do not.
