Some times a real estate business goes stagnant because of your attitude. Do you feel this is your passion. If you do I would read a great real estate book, watch a webinar etc.. to get some good ideas to inspire you.

Listing the property at the right price, correct any deferred maintenance before listing are great marketing ideas. However, if the entire real estate market is "stagnant" it will take more marketing than one single agent can provide to overcome the reasons why the entire market is stagnant. Good luck.
