Zero. I pay online advertising. I will email the leads once, the ones that are real end up calling me. I have found spending time chasing after potential clients, whom themselves dont REALLY KNOW if or when they want to buy/sell a house is not the best use of my time. I spend the majority of my time showing houses, and writing contracts. I know this goes in the face of what others do, but it has been working and working well for me. Service first, marketing last on my list of things to do each day.

Not as much as you would think, maybe 1-2 hr. per week if that. When I have workshops I do much more calling. I am with Spirit Messingham, Lead generation is something that can be outsourced. Working one's sphere is a more highly productive activity for agents. Although, I guess working one's sphere is lead generating...

I consider my business in sustain mode not in a growth mode. I am trying to improve the quality of my business. I put about two hours a day on lead generation, prospecting and nurturing past clients and leads that come in. Today I have already spent an hour on it and have much more to do. So in a week it averages about 8-10 hours.

I ike to call expired listing & leads I have received from 9 am to noon dailey. Then I will meet with a lender or another agent for lunch to discuss what works for them in their business. I have learned so much from meeting different business people.
