Has anyone here used Workflowy ?

I am trying to better organized "my brain" and make sure my tasks get completed. My office manager and team coordinator use this and recommended it. If you have used this, can you give me a few ' beginner' pointers on starting my list? What categories do you place everything under? Thank you!
