Brenda, things are just so busy now with sellers coming out of the woodwork wanting to list their homes-so no pranks today. I did read a couple of pranks here on AR this morning so that was the closest I have come.

I absolutely do not like pranks so I'm not a participate of April Fools Day. I feel it's terrible the way it gets so out of hand. Call me a party-pooper but I don't find most of the pranks funny at all.
