I've never used any coaching.

Used Craig Proctor, Joe Stumpf, Mike Ferry, Brian Buffini, and maybe a few others.  They all work, but one's success really is dependant on how the coaching program fits your own personality.  I prefer the referral business building techniques, but there's also a lot to be said for the numbers approach like that of Tom Ferry.  This business will always be a numbers game.

20 years and many many successful real estate clients.  Coaching is a personal thing, and some people do well with one style whereas others don't and fall apart.  It has to match one's personality and way of being.  If you are a sports fan, you can easily observe the difference when a new coach is hired, based on the performance of the players.A

I've been in real estate for 15 years.  So many mentors and coaches have been so great it's hard to nail it down to any one specific.  

I've been in the business long enough to have done assumed mortgages. Shortly thereafter, God created dirt for agents to sell.

Seth Godin was the most influential in understanding the greater picture.

Then the By Referral Only folks, and Joe Stumph added the practical end of business.

Of course, the evergreen principles of Dale Carnegie are beneficial to us all.

The reality for me is I've realized greater benefit from those outside the real estate enterprise than from those within.
